SHIPPING POLICY

We ship worldwide! As part of our ongoing sustainability efforts, we ship all of our orders from the manufacturing hub where our candor products are made.

Eliminating extra fulfillment centers might mean your order will take a little longer to arrive, but every air mile we avoid saves about 24kg of CO2 from entering the atmosphere.

All orders placed on candor are subject to a 1-3 business day processing window
prior to shipment. Once shipped here are the approximate delivery times based on your location:

● US: 7-14 Business Days
● International: 12-25 Business Days

When your order is shipped out you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
